Yes, although for a number of reasons we highly recommend getting them in advance. Availability is one example – Many ticket types sell out before the fest, so we definitely recommend getting them in advance while they’re still available.

A limited number of picnic tables in the General Admission area and a limited number of chairs in the VIP General Admission area are provided, but those are first-come, first-served, so it is recommended that you bring a lawn chair along with. The only areas with guaranteed seating is the VIP Premium area in front of the stage and the Beatles Fest Lounge that is exclusive to VIP Gold ticket holders.

As much as we’d love to see that, no. And in the interest of a safe and fun time for all, guests and their belongings are subject to search upon entry into the fest. You can help keep the lines moving quickly by leaving large bags at home.

– Large backpacks (framed, hiking backpacks, etc.),
– Glass containers and metal aerosol cans, including sunscreen in aerosol cans,
– Outside food or drinks (except two sealed bottles of water),

– Skateboards, scooters, wagons, carts, or any personal motorized vehicles,
– Bicycles inside festival grounds (free parking is available near festival entrance),
– Pets (except service dogs),
– Umbrellas and shade structures of any kind that obstruct the view of other attendees,

– Professional recording (photo, video, audio) equipment of any kind,
– Drones or any other remote flying device,
– No unauthorized vendors allowed. No unauthorized solicitations, handbills, sampling, give-aways, etc.

COVID-19 Warning and Protocols

The safety and health of our guests, staff, and community remains our top priority. We continue to listen to public health leaders and intend to follow relevant recommendations to ensure a safe and enjoyable festival.

As Beatles Fest 2023 approaches, we will continue to update attendees with important information, including any changes to policies and procedures needed to be known before entering the fest. Updates will be shared on this page and through our social media channels.

Attendees must follow all posted instructions during Beatles Fest to help keep each other healthy. An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public space where people are present. COVID-19 is a contagious disease that can lead to illness and death. By attending Beatles Fest, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.

Security & Medical

We make every effort to create a safe environment at Beatles Fest, including public and private security. If you need any assistance, seek out a festival team member or a public or private security officer.

Also, it can get hot during the summer and heatstroke is not cool. Drink lots of water, wear sunscreen, and feel free to visit the fest Cooling Station.

From purchasing your tickets online to entering the Fest, it’s easier and quicker than ever to get you out of the lines and into the music. You’ll receive your tickets via email, and whether you choose to store them on your phone or print them, we’ll simply scan the barcode on them and you’re in. No tickets will be mailed out for Beatles Fest. Upon entry, VIP GA, VIP Premium, and VIP Gold ticketholders will receive their coveted souvenir lanyard pass.
